The saying
is that the average guy lasts only 5 to 10 minutes during intercourse, and they
all wish they have better endurance level. Well hear is a little scope I came
across to help the situation, and decided to share, so as to help all my ladies
friends out there(not because of men o) J.
Kegel Exercise
A kegel is
an exercise that helps tighten muscles responsible for ejaculatory control. You
do this by tightening your muscles and hold for a count of 10 – 20(gradually you’
ll master it and maybe count to 50, which I think is the highest) then you
release slowly if possible. You can also do this by cutting off the flow of
urine while urinating, and then continue, and stopping repeatedly. You can
practice your kegel anywhere: at your office, in your car, at home. It’s
advisable for both male and female.
Show courtesy to your lady
When you
help your lady have an orgasm first, it relieves you of some of the pressure to
please and the psychological anxiety that feeds into your brain. Stop thinking
giving too much attention to orgasm and you’ll last a little longer, focus on
something, maybe her hair or thighs, the more attention you give it, the more
likely it is to arrive.
A recent study showed that men usually have
premature ejaculation either were cured or improved after taking 20 milligrmas
of Prozac, so go and ask your doctor about it. Study showed that most men last
much longer the second time around. And the more you practice, the longer that
first time will last.
